Who we are

Visitwell is a trading name of Lynch 369 Ltd (company 17522352), 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for details you give us on this website. ICO registration ZC275882. Contact: hello@lynch369.co.uk.

What we collect

When you register for the pilot: your agency name, your name, email, phone number (optional), number of carers, area covered and any message you send. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why and on what basis

To contact you about the Visitwell pilot programme. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are only seen by Lynch 369 Ltd. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after the pilot programme ends, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@lynch369.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The Visitwell app

The app itself (visit records, care notes and the family portal) will have its own privacy notices, provided to agencies, carers and families before use.
